The driver, Shaggy Rogers, claims that they heard there was a monster around the old abandoned cotton mill and he was going to meet up with the rest of the gang, to try and catch it. The officer thinks it quite obvious he and Scooby are under the influence, but when he asks them to step out, they speed off.
